Each Centurion product will be free from defect in material and workmanship for the life of the product from the initial date of installation. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product. Upon written notification from the purchaser of warranty claim, Centurion shall either repair or replace any defective product or refund the purchase price, at its sole discretion.
Centurion shall not be liable for the following: Normal wear and tear; natural weathering of surface or hardware (e.g. corrosion). * Any damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product or failure to provide maintenance. * Any alteration or modification of the screen product * As of any cause beyond the control of the Centurion (e.g. fire, earthquake or other acts of God) * Improper installation not in conformance with Centurion’s product approval. Damage that may occur to the product from installation in a condition that may exceed the product’s design or tested performance specifications or is not in compliance with local building codes * Any consequential or incidental damage
The above warranty is the only warranty applicable to this purchase. Centurion makes no other warranty or representation, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the goods sold and excludes all other warranties, express or oral. In any event, Centurion’s maximum liability hereunder shall not exceed the contract price of the product provided. Any claim under this warranty shall be deemed waived if not made in writing and within one (1) year of arising by the original purchaser.
